- Students will come in quietly when their teacher releases them; students will discuss the "warm-up" question with peers at their table. This will be done quietly (chat quietly), while I take the attendance.
- Students will immediately begin the warm-up activity; chat quietly as a small group at their table the EQ posted on the board or discuss the lesson goals if we've already stared the lesson. The table helper will get a marker board and scribe for the table.
- Quick check-in with the classroom teacher on the overall class mood and energy level.
- Hello class - welcome to the art room! Smile, wave and friendly "HI!" as students enter.
